Danx provides 100% cotton, synthetic fiber, cellulose fiber type of melange yarns and greige yarns, controls the whole process with aesthetics as product standard, offers the customers with the solutions for more precision and more beautiful products from selection of raw materials to perfect processes and exhibition of garments, delivers the public with greener and more fashionable products, and brings people with rich and colorful experiences of beauty. We mainly promote environmental and sustainable products such as organic cotton, BCI cotton, recycled cotton, traceable recycled polyester, environment-friendly viscose and recycled tencel, as well as multi-component functional technology products.
Different from ordinary polyester fiber, its surface and cross section are honeycomb microporous structure with internal and external penetrations. With the principle of capillary core absorption, it absorbs moisture and water for quick diffusing and volatilizing, so as to achieve the effect of moisture absorption, quick drying and ventilation. It's suitable for sportswear, T-shirt, underwear, home wear, home textile and other fields of series products.
Using Lenzing™ EcoVero™ viscose, it's made from natural and renewable wood raw materials, sourced from natural forests or sustainable forestry plantations, and passed FSC and PEFC certifications. In the production process of viscose, Lenzing strictly adheres to environmental standards and is certified by EcoLabel which is only granted to products with a significantly reduced net environmental impact on the market (other viscose fibers). With special production process, Lenzing EcoVero viscose fibers can be identified in all processes: yarn - fabric - clothing. The fabric garments produced are skin-friendly, soft and comfortable.
Derived from used drinking water bottles, 15*500ml water bottles can be used to make one T-shirt. Every 1 ton of recycled polyester can reduce the emission of 3.2 tons of carbon dioxide, consumption of 1.5 tons of crude oil and 3 cubic meters of land space, saving 84% of energy consumption. A 77% reduction in carbon dioxide and an estimated 84% reduction in energy consumption of 3.2 tons, equivalent to a year's energy consumption of a Japanese household, or about 60,000 megajoules. Danx traceable recycled polyester, retaining the advantages of ordinary polyester such as high strength, fast drying and wrinkle resistance, is suitable for use in knitting, woven, sports, leisure, household and other areas.
Recycled cotton is a series of products which is derived from wastes or recycled fabrics in the spinning process and processed and reused after high-tech treatment. The fabric made of recycled cotton melange yarn has the same moisture absorption, air permeability and comfortable wearing as pure cotton. The finished products are harmless to human body and can decompose naturally, which is not harmful to the environment. Recycled cotton melange fabric has a unique bold style and avant-garde fashion that highlight the wearer’s personality.
BCI is a non-profit membership association. Danx works with other BCI members to promote sustainability and undertake social responsibility, and to educate farmers about the economic benefits of growing quality cotton. By establishing effective producer organizations, improving access to finance, educating them and providing them with the tools to reduce pesticide use, better manage water and improve soil quality, they will gradually improve their farming practices, increase the economic income of cotton farm workers and improve their standard of living.
