The timing of this year’s China International Trade Fair for Apparel Fabrics and Accessories Spring (Intertextile) in Shanghai is unusual, because it’s not only the first trade fair in textiles nearly a month after the global COVID-19 epidemic reached the inflection point and the local cases in China were cleared, but also the first trade fair in textiles after months of continuous surge in the prices of global textile raw materials, such as cotton, synthetic fibers and dye stuff & auxiliaries.

Therefore, it got almost all the certifications required by European and American brands in a very short time. On the other hand, it seized the opportunity brought by the Sino-US trade war and the outbreak of COVID-19. Danx acquired good spinning mills and dye-houses, invested heavily in technological upgrades, improved itself, innovated its production process, improved its management level, reduced the product costs effectively, and enhanced the cost performance significantly, building up its core competencies in high-end yarn manufacturing.

For a small and young brand like Danx, in addition to being competitive in terms of cost, delivery time, service and qualification, the key is to have competitive products. Therefore, under the theme of environmental protection and functions, Danx launched many products with good focuses and selling points in this Intertextile. As Danx's debut in a major trade fair, it was stunning.

Danx’s Recycle Cotton is environment-friendly yarn made of waste cloth, such as scraps produced in the textile production process and offcuts produced in the garment cutting process, through centralized loosening, impurity removal, dust removal, mixing and carding, coupled with the unique new craft yarn spinning technology of Danx. Through constant experimentation and process innovation, Danx pursues increasing the content of recycled cotton in its yarn, and has now achieved a steady 30% content in mass production. Moreover, yarn products with a higher content of recycled cotton up to 30%-50% are already under development. Meanwhile, Recycle Cotton can also be blended with recycled polyester, environment-friendly viscose, recycled Tencel, raw liquid dye-free fiber, etc., to develop a series of multi-component products, which can be used in the fields of knitting, weaving, sports, leisure and home furnishing. The factory of Danx has a complete industrial chain covering waste cloth recycling, processing and spinning, and abundant production capacity, which can meet the demand for mass production by order.

Apart from Recycle Cotton, at the Intertextile, Danx also launched a series of products of recycled polyester, recycled Tencel, environment-friendly viscose, raw liquid dye-free polyester and raw liquid dye-free viscose collaborated with world-renowned environment-friendly raw material suppliers such as LENZING and Unifi.

In addition to environmental protection, Danx also uses innovative materials and processes to give fabric a natural, three-dimensional and colorful texture. It has launched the stylish Inspiration series, such as the petal yarn, smoky yarn, and bunchy yarn and so on.
